We cannot put into words our sincere gratitude for everything that Woods Brothers Construction has done for us through the home building process. As first time home builders, there were a lot of unknowns for us. Woods Brothers went above and beyond to help us visualize every aspect of our new home. We were not sure how anyone could understand exactly what we had envisioned when we didn't know ourselves, but somehow they did! In fact, it is even more wonderful than we imagined! The quality of our home and all of the finishing touches continue to amaze us,. We are truly grateful for everything Jim and Josh did to help us achieve our dream home. We look forward to many years of creating memories here. Hands down, we believe Woods Brothers Construction is the best! Without hesitation we would recommend Jim, Josh, and their crew!
Sincerely,
Mandy & Scott Brekhus
This summer we spent months looking for a house in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We did a great deal of research, interviewed builders carefully and continually looked at re-sale homes. We selected the person we felt would do the best job for us - Jim Woods with Wood Brothers Construction. Lucky for us, Jim Woods turned out to be exactly the professional, focused, fair and friendly builder we were hoping to find. We chose to work with Jim because we needed someone who would work with us. When we found the home, it was about 80% finished and we knew that we would have a few changes to the basement to make. Jim and his brother Josh were always very patient and incredibly helpful to us as we explored different options for the basement. They did a great job of helping us visualize these options as well as taking the time to walk us through them. Additionally, while still living in another state, Jim contacted us all the time to keep us abreast of everything going on with our home. Most important, we wanted a builder that was focused, responsive and detail-oriented. We are detailed people and needed someone who would execute all of our work with a goal close to perfection. We met our match with the Woods Brothers. Their craftsmanship was impeccable and Jim delivers a product that he stands behind.
Jim Woods cares. He is always available and always looked out for our best interests. We believe he did provide the best quality home for the best price, but what he threw in for free is a great friendship. We would hire Woods Brothers without any hesitation and we strongly recommend Jim Woods as the best home builder in town.

Competitive Price. As difficult as it may be to believe, in today's competitive housing market, a new home may cost substantially less than a similar existing home in a comparable neighborhood.
Your Health. New homes are built with materials free of asbestos, lead and the types of particleboard and plywood that contaminate the air with formaldehyde emissions. Many older homes were built with these materials.
The Newest Building Codes. Cheyenne building codes continue to improve, currently enforcing the 2012 International Building Codes..
Construction Quality. Homes tend to be built better today than even ten years ago. Appliances and building materials are constantly being improved by manufacturers as they strive to stay competitive.
New Home Warranty. Wyoming's climate is surprisingly harsh on homes. New homes come with the builder's warranty as well as numerous manufacturers warranties. A used home may need a new roof, air conditioner, plumbing or appliances.
Energy Star Efficiency. New homes typically consume much less energy than homes built before 1980.
Custom Home Plan. Your new home can best incorporate your family's need for space. A custom home is exactly that - a home built exactly for your needs, in the materials that best fit your budget and in the colors that suit your taste.
Modern Features. New Homes can be built around electronic equipment that didn't even exist ten years ago! New homes can be pre-wired for computers, multiple phone lines, cable TV and surround sound entertainment systems.
Peace of Mind. There is a very special feeling living in a brand new home. Everything in your Woods Brothers Construction home will be shiny and new.
